This Privacy Policy explains what information Sheba Solution Inc. ("LeveHub", "we", "us") collects through the LeveHub client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Organization information: your company's legal name, billing address, and primary contact details.
Project content: messages, documents, approvals, and other material exchanged through the portal in the course of delivering your engagement.
Billing records: invoices and agreements associated with your account.
Usage data: pages visited and basic interaction data, collected via product analytics, used to improve the portal.

How we use it

To operate your account and deliver the services described in your agreement.
To send you transactional email — invites, invoices, agreement requests, and activity notifications.
To secure your account, including optional two-factor authentication.
To improve the portal's reliability and usability.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers ("sub-processors") necessary to run the portal:

Our database and authentication provider, which stores your account and project data.
Our transactional email provider, which delivers the emails described above.
Our hosting provider.
A product analytics provider, used in aggregate to understand portal usage.

Data security

Access to your data is restricted by row-level access controls scoped to your account and organization. Data is encrypted in transit. We offer optional two-factor authentication for your account.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, plus any period required to meet our accounting, legal, or contractual obligations. You can request deletion at any time — see Contact below.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we're required to keep. Contact us using the details below.

Cookies

The portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy
