Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the LeveHub client portal, provided by Sheba Solution Inc. ("LeveHub", "we", "us"). They cover the portal itself — the scope, price, and other commercial terms of your actual engagement are set out in the Master Service Agreement your organization has signed with us, which governs if the two ever conflict.

Your account

• Portal accounts are created by us on your behalf — there is no public self-signup.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable use

When using the portal, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access another client's data or any part of the portal you're not authorized to use.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share with us.
• Interfere with the portal's normal operation or attempt to circumvent its security controls.

Approvals and content you submit

Decisions you make in the portal — approving or rejecting a deliverable, signing an agreement, or replying to a message — are treated as made by an authorized representative of your organization.

Availability

We aim to keep the portal available, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take it down briefly for maintenance or updates.

Changes to the portal or these terms

We may update the portal's features over time, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above if these Terms change materially.

Termination

We may suspend or close your portal account if these Terms are violated, or at the end of your engagement with us. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
